Once you receive a quote and are ready to book, you can complete the reservation online by signing the contract and paying the deposit. The remaining balance is due before the date of service. Your quote includes the base rate for the bus and driver for the duration of your rental. It does NOT include tolls, parking fees, gratuity, or overtime. For example, if your trip requires crossing the Tobin Bridge or using the Ted Williams Tunnel, those tolls will be added to your final bill. Parking fees at venues like TD Garden ($120+), Fenway Park ($80+), or Xfinity Center ($150+) are the responsibility of the customer. A standard 20% gratuity is recommended but not mandatory. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments if you exceed the contracted end time.

It’s best to book your party bus at least 3–6 months in advance, especially if your event is during peak season (spring/summer weddings, prom season, or major concerts). April through June is the busiest time of year due to school dances, graduations, and wedding season. Once a bus is reserved, it’s removed from inventory and cannot be double-booked. Last-minute bookings are accepted if equipment is available, but selection will be limited. Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
